The defect
There should have been a glass splash back fixed to the kitchen wall to protect the wall from heat generated by the cooker.
The hazard
The wall could get hot, presenting a possible fire hazard.
What owners should do
Contact the nearest Jayco dealer or service agent and make a booking to have the splash back fitted.
