What we collect: your email address and the rigs/makes you want alerts for; in the iPhone app, the make, model and year you save (stored on your device) and a push notification token.

Why: only to send recall alerts you asked for. We do not sell your data. Email alerts follow the Spam Act 2003: consent and one-click unsubscribe.

Where: service providers (hosting, email delivery, push notifications) may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps under the Australian Privacy Principles.

Access, correction and deletion: email us (address to be added) and we will respond within 30 days. You can complain to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
